Data controller
The controller for the data collected on this site is the private individual who runs it, on a non-commercial basis. You can get in touch through the site's contact form.
Retention
We keep data only while it is needed and then delete it, save where a legal duty applies. Access logs are kept only for a short time.
Lawful basis
We use your data only to operate the site and respond to you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR), and your consent where it is needed (Article 6(1)(a)). We never sell or rent your data.
What data is collected
Only the data needed to answer you is collected, and no special category data is requested: your name, an email address and, if you wish, a phone number, along with your message and basic technical data such as your IP address.
Changes
This policy is updated when the law or the service changes. The current version on this site is the one in force.
Log files
On each visit, technical data is logged automatically, such as your IP address, a timestamp and your browser type. It supports security and is erased after a short time.
Data processors
Your data is not sold and is not shared without a lawful basis. Our host, Krystal Hosting Ltd, is a processor acting on our instructions under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
Your data protection rights
The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 give you the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. These rights can be used through the contact form on this site. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the United Kingdom supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies. Under PECR, advertising or analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Your browser settings also let you refuse cookies.
